The Site describes our rebate and promotion fulfillment services and offers a form for inquiries. Use it lawfully and without interfering with its operation or with other people’s rights. In particular, do not:

- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting, or related systems.

Inquiries
Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige us to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, confidentiality, and other terms. Information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Ownership
The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to Robust Rebates or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own information. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or build on the content without written permission.

Content on the Site is general information about our services. It is not professional advice and does not describe results any particular organization will achieve.
Third-party services
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare and relies on third-party services for bot screening and email delivery. We are not responsible for their availability or practices, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
